You refer a hiring manager who is actively recruiting and willing to employ our services and about whom we are unaware.
Within 12 months following your initial suggestion, the referred hiring manager hires a job seeker through Diverse Talent Recruiter in either a permanent or contract position.
Any employee hired by the hiring manager must work for 60 days in their new position.
Alternatively, you could donate the equivalent value to our nominated charity.

Payment will be made when our customer pays us and at least 60 days after the individual begins.
